Who needs you on your A game today?

When work becomes tedious or boring or dreadful, anything negative, it sucks.

and we as humans tend to sit in the suck for too long.

We become selfish and thinking poor me, why is my life uninteresting, hard, fill in the blank with whatever negative thought you’ve had recently about your work.

but zoom out.

think about why you got into this career in the first place. Most likely? to serve other people.

ask yourself who needs you on your best game today Who needs you to perform at your best. What does your best look like? If you had the perfect amount of energy, drive and all things went according to plan, what benefits would that person/people receive? How can you exhibit that for them?

Putting the vision on how you can serve others immediately makes you think of what you can do for them, which is already better and more success than you might currently be feeling.

if you can show up for those around you, you will show up better for yourself, feel more satisfied and more likely to continue on an A game level.
