To anticipate in a state of lack keeps you in the mud. Anticipate for happiness

A strength of mine has always been able to anticipate what was next, I could and can see the next move. The next 5 moves.
It’s why I was great at defense and a goalie in lacrosse.
But I was so good at anticipating because I was doing it from a state of fear. I was fearful of being taken advantaged of, hurt, abused, put in a painful state.
It was a survivor technique to not get hurt.
I still anticipate. But I’m working on shifting into anticipating out of confidence.
I want to be 5 steps ahead of the game not to be in defense but to be in Offense. Take the move that builds me up to success and confidence.
I can see the potential of my greatness. And have for so long dismissed it and just did enough to not be hurt.
What if you shift it from not wanting to be hurt into wanting to be happy?
I want to be happy. And with happiness comes success because you Seek what fills you up. And if you’re fulfilled, you work harder, anticipate more and do more for your well being and those around you.
