Self awareness is the key to all of your solutions

Being able to check in with yourself and what your actions are, the reactions you have, emotions you feel, and triggers that may arise.

That is true power.

It is safe to go through the motions of life because you don’t have to call yourself out for not living up to who you could / want to be.

Being self aware of when you break a promise to yourself, a commitment.

Being self aware when you get reactive/critical/harsh/ fill in any negative emotion you exude, and then, knowing that you have the space to correct it.

Because here is the thing: there is not much us every day people can’t bounce back from.

Say something rude? Unkind?

Be aware. Own it. Take the responsibility. And do something about it.

Stop showing up as yourself? People pleasing?

Pause. reset. Ask yourself who’s benefiting from you losing yourself. The answer is, probably no one.

You can’t mess up so badly you can’t come back from it.

People are flawed. Accept it. But don’t let it define you, allow for mindless/heartless behavior.

Be aware of how you feel. Be aware of when you shift.

Then, ask yourself how you can show up as someone you’d be proud of.

Ask yourself what kind of person you want to surround yourself with.

Then be that person for yourself.
